RFP#2407 - Equipment Lease Financing

The District is seeking proposals from direct lenders as further described in this RFP. Interested lenders should submit proposals directly to the District and their Municipal Advisor; proposals from brokers or agents may be rejected by the District. Information on the District’s finances and financial obligations can be found at Business Services / Financial Transparency (mapleton.us).

The District expects to finance approximately $4,500,000 through the execution of the 2024 Equipment Lease Purchase Agreement (the “2024 Lease”) to finance the purchase and installation of a new Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (“HVAC”) System (the “Purchased Equipment”) at Clayton Partnership/Academy High School. This amount is subject to minor adjustments depending upon the final costs of the equipment and final costs of execution of the 2024 lease.
