The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit technical and performance narratives along with suggested pricing information from vendors. Fluorescent lights are becoming obsolete 1/1/2025. https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/hb23-1161 Section 8 establishes the “Clean Lighting Act” to phase out the sale of general-purpose fluorescent light bulbs that contain mercury.

Upgrade all interior and exterior lighting at specified locations to LED lighting and provide lighting control
Systems. Lighting control system to be specified: Acuity Sensorview that is connected to the network.
