RFP-1314/024 - Desktop Computer Replacement

Summary of Specifications:
Scope of Work: Mesa County Valley School District 51 is requesting proposals for the replacement of 4,352 desktop computers through a lease program. District 51 also requests services to assist the seven (7) District technicians in the deployment of the new computers distributed to the various school labs, offices and classrooms at 36 locations. Deployment will also include the removal of the 4352 Dell brand computers at the end of current lease, boxed and shipped back to Dell per Dell Lease return standards and the removal and disposal of all packaging and shipping materials. This work will be done starting just after the close of the school year (May 26, 2014) and to be completed prior to the start of the new school year (July 18, 2014).
