RFP-1213/047 - Payroll Card Program

Summary of Specifications:
The District is accepting proposals from companies with expertise and experience in implementing and managing a payroll card program for Mesa County Valley School District 51 employees. The program shall permit District employees to receive free access to full net pay on a bank card engraved with a logo that is widely accepted and recognized for purchases. The District issues a monthly payroll to roughly 3,000 employees. Currently, approximately 200 paper checks are issued per pay cycle. We will be eliminating the paper check option, and requiring all employees to receive their pay through direct deposit to a bank account or deposit to a pay card. Companies with demonstrated experience in this area, and with an interest in making their services available to the District, are invited to respond to this RFP.
