(MPEI) is converting approximately 7 miles of single-phase overhead power line to approximately 7.7 miles of single-phase underground power line in the Trail Creek Subdivision in Grand County, Colorado. The existing overhead power line was damaged in the East Troublesome Wildfire in 2020. MPEI proposes replacing the overhead lines with underground lines primarily installed in the County Road ROW.
