The National Western Center Authority (NWCA) is seeking written responses from qualified firms to provide snow removal services at specific facilities managed by the NWCA at the National Western Center campus, including the Stockyards Event Center (SYEC) and the Stockyards (Yards) in addition to certain street rights of way (collectively the Facilities). The chosen bidding Contractor will enter into an agreement with NWCA for the provision of Services for the Facilities for an initial 19-month term from contract execution through May 15, 2024 with the possibility of two one (1) year contract extensions.

Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site-Visit. The Pre-Proposal Meeting will provide an overview of the Facilities and desired services as well as a question-and-answer period. The Pre-Proposal meeting will be followed by a Site-Visit allowing bidders to inspect all areas of the Facilities enabling them to better assess the Service requirements.
