Description

The State of Colorado Judicial Department, by and through the Second Judicial District Denver Adult Probation Department, issues this Request for Proposals for the purpose of selecting a provider to conduct placement services for clients ordered to complete “Community Service” or “Useful Public Service (UPS)” by the Judicial Department. The work of the contracting entity shall be:

1. Interview persons who have been ordered to perform community or useful public service;
2. Identify appropriate sources for suitable jobs;
3. Assign such persons to suitable jobs;
4. Monitor their compliance in performing the required service within the time established by the Court;
5. Report all activity as it pertains to the persons ordered to complete useful public service hours to the Judicial Department on a monthly basis; and
6. Provide all required insurance policies as outlined in the Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.).

A more detailed background and a scope of work is posted in “Exhibit A” of the draft contractor agreement set forth in Section 6.

Proposals must be received by the date and time indicated within the Electronic Bidding System to be considered for award. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Electronic Bidding System. Late Request for Proposals and Request for Proposals received by any other means will not be accepted or considered for award.
