Pitkin County (“County”) will accept proposals from interested parties, on the behalf of local public funders (Aspen Valley Hospital, City of Aspen, and Pitkin County) and future private and public funders, to provide mental health and substance abuse services to support Pitkin County. The County will contract with one vendor or multiple vendors, each for one year with the option for two additional one year extensions, that can provide the services described in this RFP.
