Poudre School District R-1 (the “District”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQu”) from vendors for Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) Services.
A 2015 HVAC study then identified opportunities that would be funded by the 2016
Bond. Blevins Middle School was identified as a priority school for an HVAC system upgrade. To address the current needs of the District, and to consider future growth, it is necessary to provide upgraded HVAC/automation systems to keep the learning environment as productive as possible and achieve a higher level of comfort for the students and staff.
