Contractors planning to submit bids are encouraged, but not required, to be represented at a Site Visit on February 15, 2021 at_12:00 p.m. (MST). The site visit will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m. (MST) at the front entrance of Preston Middle School, 4901 Corbett Drive, Ft. Collins, CO 80528.

The site visit will follow current local recommendations regarding social distancing and
COVID-19 considerations. In order to attend the site visit, Contractors should RSVP by emailing Jon Babcock (jbabcock@psdschools.org) by 9 a.m. on February 15, 2021 providing the names, email addresses, phone numbers, and the titles of the attendees. To regulate group sizes, Contractor attendees should be limited to only the staff necessary to bid the project. Depending on the number of attendees, the site visit may proceed in one or more groups.
