Event Note

The pre-bid conference is madatory for all bidding General Contractors and skylight replacement subcontractors. A tour of the site will follow. An attendance sign-in sheet will be distributed at the pre-bid conference. All bidding General Contractors are required to submit to the architect in writing, via email at twl@csnaarchitects.com, requests for explanation, interpretation or other inquiry, prior to or at the beginning of the mandatory pre-bid conference. All such inquiries shall be presented at the pre-bid conference and an official addendum shall be issued to all bidders as a result of the pre-bid conference.

At the sole discretion of the Owner, any representative who misses a substantial portion of the pre-bid conference may be disqualified.
