100472 - Pinewood Springs Water Line Replacement Project

The work generally consists of: 
 In five separate regions of the District, Install a total of approximately 13,135 
lineal feet of new 4” HDPE water main pipe.  
 4” HDPE water main pipe to be 6-foot bury depth to top of pipe.  Shallow 
bedrock and significant rock excavation is expected.   
 Construction of water main connections to existing mains including 
approximately 43 ductile iron isolation gate valves, 14 flushing hydrants, fusible 
and mechanical joined connection fittings, and appurtenances for a complete 
system.  
 Install 80 new 1” HDPE electrofusion tapping saddles, partial service line 
extensions, and curb stops.
