: The Pueblo City-County Library District, herein after (“PCCLD”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms/consultants to provide support, direction and expertise to plan and initiate implementation of an organization culture enhancement effort. PCCLD is seeking the development of a library districtwide culture enhancement plan which will span multiple years in time. PCCLD is a high performing organization which provides the best possible public library services to the community in Pueblo County, Colorado. PCCLD serves the entire Pueblo County with a current population of 168,162 (as recorded in the 2022 Census). The last culture enhancement project undertaken by PCCLD was a multi-year effort which concluded in 2016. Library leadership wants to initiate a new culture enhancement project/plan to spur enhancement of and improvement in library workplace culture, service delivery, and employee morale.
