In general, the work consists of minor grading, removal and replacement of concrete, minor traffic control. This work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the complete installation of the items described above and as specified in the Plans and Specifications. The specifications utilized for this project is “Colorado Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction 2017” or “Standard Construction Specifications and Standard Details for City of Pueblo, Colorado” and as subsequently revised.
