In accordance with C.R.S. § 38-26-107, notice is hereby given that Pueblo West Metropolitan District, Pueblo West, Colorado, will make final settlement with Drury Bros. Roofing, Inc. (Contractor) on December 20, 2024 for TP1 Roof Replacement project, Project/Contract No. IFB-2024-W-003 TP1 Roof Replacement.
Any persons, co-partnership, association of persons, company or corporation that has furnished labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender or other supplies used or consumed by the contractor identified above or any subcontractor thereof in or about the performance of work contracted to be done or that has supplied rental machinery, tools, or equipment to the extent used in prosecution of work whose claim therefore has not been paid by the contractor or subcontractor may file with the Pueblo West Metropolitan District’s Procurement Specialist a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim, which statement must be filed on or before December 16, 2024. Any such claims must be filed with Pueblo West Metropolitan District, Department of Finance - Purchasing Division at 63 E. Spaulding Avenue, Pueblo West, CO 81007.
