RFP-2016-1020-01 - Telecommunications Audit

Project Description:
Background:The Pueblo West Metropolitan District (PWMD or District) is accepting bids from qualified vendors to perform a telecommunications bill audit and cost analysis to reduce overall telecommunications services costs to the District.
The following criteria should be addressed in any submitted proposal:

1. Scope of Services:
   1. Telecommunications Services shall include the following:
      1. Local phone service;
      2. Long distance;
      3. Mobile;
      4. Internet; and
      5. Data Circuits.
   2. A comprehensive inventory including the above services for the Pueblo West Metropolitan District shall be used to eliminate waste, erroneous rates, unauthorized and duplicate charges, and to reduce overall telecommunications costs.
   3. An initial audit report shall be presented to the District for review. This report should include:
      1. An account inventory;
      2. Circuit utilization;
      3. Billing errors;
      4. Other unnecessary expenses related to telecommunications; and
      5. Initial draft of the overall financial impact to the District.
   4. Monthly reports should be provided and detail the following:
      1. Carrier billing/account changes;
      2. Status of any refunds and summary of financial cost savings due to audit; and
      3. Any additional recommendations/changes.
   5. The District will provide access to any necessary bills to aid in the telecommunications audit.
   6. Payment for telecommunications audit services is expected to be on a contingency basis
