Summary of Specifications:
In general, the work consists of constructing asphalt roadways, curb & gutter, handicap ramps, pavement markings and revegetation. This work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the complete installation of the items described above and as specified in the Plans and Specifications. The specifications utilized for this project is “Colorado Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction 2011” and as subsequently revised.

The description and basis of payment of individual bid items are detailed in the bid documents.
