Documents have been distributed to FW Dodge Plan Room (Denver, CO), FW Dodge Plan Room (Salt Lake City, UT), Reed Construction Date (RCD), Western Colorado Contractors Association (WCCA) and Isqft. Bid Opening: Bids will be received at the Rio Blanco County Administration Building, 317 E. Market Street, Meeker, CO. Form of Bid: Bids, and accompanying Bid Bond, must be originals, executed on provided Bid Form, sealed in envelope, bearing Bidders name, address and phone number, along with title of "Sealed Bid for the Rio Blanco County 4-H Center, for bids due at 10:30 am (MT), July 26, 2010". Copies, faxed or other electronically transmitted forms will not be considered. Bid Security: Bid Security in the form of a standard AIA Bid Bond for 5% of the amount bid are required with each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Performance Bond: Performance Bonds and Labor and Material Payment Bonds will be required for 100% of the contract sum and shall to be submitted using AIA Document A312, prior to execution of the contract. Bid Time and Date: Sealed bids are to be received no later than 10:30 am (MT) on the 26th of July, 2010. Bids shall remain sealed and in the custody of the County Administrator until such bids are open and read aloud during the regularly scheduled Commissioner's meeting, held at the Rio Blanco County Administration Building, 317 E. Market Street, Meeker, CO. Bidder's are welcome to attend, and will be notified of the bid results.
