The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and accompanying specifications are to provide instructions and assistance in submitting a bid response to provide statements of qualifications and experience from commercial appraisers for valuation studies to determine the market rent for airport properties (i.e. buildings, land and/or improvements) being used for aeronautical purposes. Please see scope of work for further details. The objective is to have a fully executed contract by November 5, 2024 with the appraisal completed by December 6, 2024.
