The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) and accompanying specifications are to provide instructions and assistance in submitting an offer to provide professional services for the preparation of an updated local Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP) pursuant to the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000, 44 CFR Part 201.6 and the most current FEMA “how-to” planning guidance for the Routt County Office of Emergency Management. The objective is to execute a Professional Service Agreement (PSA) by February 25, 2025, with project completion by December 1, 2025.
