Due to staffing changes at the firm that was awarded the contract under RFP-SD-13-10, the District is issuing a new RFP for Bond and Disclosure counsel. Through this Request for Proposal process, Counties of Adams and Weld School District 27J, is seeking proposals from an individual or a firm to serve as Bond and Disclosure counsel for the issuance of the District’s General Obligation Bonds, which will be issued on a competitive basis.
