Sealed bids will be received by SSPRD, 5500 Boatworks Drive, Littleton, CO. 80126, until 4:00 pm local time May 21, 2018. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
All bids that have been received will be opened publicly and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid.
Each Bidder shall file a cashier’s check, or a Bid Bond, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
