ITB_F-South-0000000001 - Sumac Hill Farm Overlook Project

A 600 square foot scenic overlook accessible from the High Line Canal Trail will be built within the Sumac Hill Farm conservation easement and Denver Water property.

• The proposed overlook area design includes the following:
  • A circular space, directly adjacent to the west side of the High Line Canal Trail.
  • Decorative, ground level colored and stamped concrete with sandblasted animal shapes of significant local species.
  • Custom, decorative fencing and “horse, bee and honey themed” panels lining the edge of the rest area.
  • Interpretive sign installation.
  • (3) “Memorial” benches.
  • Boulder retaining wall surrounding the overlook area.
