Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued for residential moving services by South Metro Housing Options (SMHO) for a portion of its public housing units. Overall scope of the move is 51 units moving over a period of 24 months. However, SMHO is anticipating up to 50% of these tenants accepting moving services with a potential range of 25 – 51 units requiring moving assistance (subject to change). All the units are located in Littleton, Colorado 80120.

Section 3 business classification and/or business plan efforts by both contractor and subcontractors will be given special consideration for this project; Section 3 is preferred but not required.
