PURPOSE OF REQUEST: The St. Vrain Valley School District (SVVSD or the district) is accepting proposals from qualified broker/consultants to provide marketing, placement and strategic consulting services for its health and other welfare employee benefit programs. The district anticipates awarding a contract beginning May 1, 2018.

NOTICE OF INTENT: Each prospective firm interested in submitting a proposal is required to submit a Notice of Intent by no later than 4:00 p.m., on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, in order to be considered for inclusion in the remainder of the RFP process. It is the district’s intent that this RFP permit adequate competition. It shall be the proposer’s responsibility to advise SVVSD in the Notice of Intent if any language, requirements, specifications, etc., or any combinations thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this RFP to a single or proprietary source. Notice of intent must be submitted via email to: bidquestions@svvsd.org with “RFP #2018-043 Notice of Intent” in the email subject line.
