Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation is to provide suppliers with sufficient information in order to adequately prepare and submit a Proposal to provide bond proceeds investment management services for the district. SVVSD desires to select a single firm to manage and invest bond proceeds related to the district’s expected debt issuance(s).

SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES: The following activities outline the process to be used to solicit responses and to evaluate each proposal:

The District Evaluation Team may determine a number of prospective suppliers that may be requested to schedule a product presentation/demonstration. The Evaluation Team may invite a limited number of firms to provide a presentations to be incorporated into the decision making process after the written submittals have been evaluated. Timeline for presentations is tentatively scheduled: Week of February 6-10, 2017.
