Per attached specifications. This contract shall commence on the first calendar day of September, 2014. The contract shall remain in effect for twelve (12) months.

The products listed on the Bid Sheet may previously have had different start/expiration dates for maintenance. For administrative purposes, the District requires that all products be aligned with an annual maintenance program that will begin September 1, 2014, where applicable, and be effective through August 31, 2015 (Year 1).
