Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide bidders with sufficient information regarding
the needs of the Saint Vrain Valley School District (SVVSD), in order to adequately prepare and submit a computer management system with related implementation services. The district also intends to establish an agreement for technical support and maintenance on an as needed basis with the successful bidder
.
The district has an existing computer management system. There is no intent of integrating the systems requested in this proposal with the existing system, so any system implemented will be intended as a replacement for the existing system.

The district is anticipating a 70% Mac and 30% Windows/Thin Client (Citrix) environment with traditional computers along with 25,000 iPads in a 1:1 deployment. In addition, over 10,000 Chromebooks are supported. This proposal does not address management of iPads, and there is a concurrent RFP for an MDM system to support those.
