A mandatory pre-bid conference and walk through tour will begin at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at Timberline K-8 located at 233 E Mountain View Dr, Longmont, CO 80504 and then proceed to Soaring Heights PK-8 located at 3280 County Road 5, Erie, CO 80516. Bidders who fail to attend the mandatory pre-bid conference shall be considered non-responsive and ineligible for award. It is recommended that bidders plan on approximately two and a half hours to complete the walkthrough including travel time between schools.
