RFP-TW-2024-060 - Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM)

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide plan administration services for the District’s pharmacy program for employees enrolled in one of the District’s self-funded health plan options. 

The initial contract period will tentatively commence on January 1, 2025.  It is the intent of the District to establish an initial 3-year contract for a Pharmacy Benefits Manager to include an additional two or three-year renewal option. This includes but is not limited to enrollment administration, claims adjudication, case management, disease management, provider network/ network access and utilization review services the District pharmacy benefit plans.
