We are seeking a general contractor to complete demolition, hardscape, landscape, and irrigation installation for three (3) tree beds at 821 16th St. The tree beds are to be installed in the right-of-way along Champa Street. Please review the construction plans. Desired timeline is for construction take place summer 2024 or early fall 2024.

Permit fees are waived for this project, there may be an opportunity to utilize the existing 16th Street Mall reconstruction closure.
