The purpose of this Solicitation is to obtain proposals for Asbestos Abatement, as specified herein. The Thompson School District is soliciting proposals for evaluation in selecting a contractor or contractor(s) who desire to provide labor, materials, equipment, and additional services through subcontractors under the Terms, Specifications, & General Conditions contained herein. Work to be completed per the phasing plan, with Phase 1 beginning March 12, 2021 and the final phase complete by January 20, 2023.

A mandatory site visit (s) will be held beginning at 8:00a.m., Friday, February 11, 2022 at Conrad Ball Middle School, 2660 North Monroe Avenue, Loveland, CO 80538. Bidders will become familiar with any conditions, which may, in any manner, affect the work to be done or effect the equipment, material and/or labor required. The Bidder is also advised to carefully examine the requirements outlined in the Scope of Work and Specifications. The District will not provide any additional allowances to the Bidder based on the Bidder’s lack of knowledge or site conditions. A representative of the Bidder is required to attend the Mandatory Site Visit in order to submit a proposal for this project. Bidders who fail to attend the conference shall be considered non-responsive and ineligible to bid.
