A mandatory site visit (s) will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 24, 2022 beginning at Ponderosa Elementary School and continuing to Lucile Erwin Middle School and Berthoud High School. Bidders will become familiar with any conditions, which may, in any manner, affect the work to be done or effect the equipment, material and/or labor required. The Bidder is also advised to carefully examine the requirements outlined in the Scope of Work and Specifications. The District will not provide any additional allowances to the Bidder based on the Bidder’s lack of knowledge or site conditions. A representative of the Bidder is required to attend the Mandatory Site Visit in order to submit a proposal for this project. Bidders who fail to attend the conference shall be considered non-responsive and ineligible to submit a proposal. Location addresses are as follows:
