1533 - District Owner's Representative - Construction

The Thompson School District R2-J (“TSD” or the “District”) is seeking Proposals from qualified and motivated firms to serve as an Owner’s Representative for Construction Projects to include Reinvent, Renovate and Repair.  This solicitation allows the District to be prepared for prompt and organized activity in the event of increased funding.

There are three components to this RFP including Reinvent (new construction), Renovate (new construction at existing sites) and Repair (construction and general repairs at existing sites).  Respondents may bid to represent the District on all three components, two components or a single component, based on their expertise and ability.
