The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain proposals for Broker Services and the placement of its Property (including, but not limited to, business interruption, inland marine, boiler and machinery, valuable papers and records and crime), Fleet, Education Legal Liability and Employment Practices Liability insurance programs for a three (3) year period, pursuant to a review and Board approval each year. The Thompson School District seeks broad, simplified coverage, including related broker services at a competitive price.In addition, the related services may include to provide other insurance-related commercial line services including, but not limited to, assisting the District Risk Management in analyzing loss exposures, loss adjustment problems, answer questions regarding the use of insurance clauses, endorsements, placing coverage, assisting with the placement of auto claims online, determine content and property values and issuing certificates of insurance, etc. At this time, the District is interested in learning about your firm and its capabilities.It shall be the proposer’s responsibility to examine the specifications, schedules, instructions and to respond to the required Written Proposal Content listed herein.Failure to do so will be at the proposer’s risk.
