The Contract includes removal and replacement of asphalt on various collectors and local streets throughout the Town of Berthoud. The work shall consist of removing and/or milling defective asphalt pavement and paving new to a minimum depths of 2 inches and 4.0-inches. Work also consists of concrete replacement adjacent to project areas; curb and gutter, sidewalk, ramps, etc.
