Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Berthoud is accepting proposals for Construction Management of the County Road 44 Bridge Replacement over the Little Thompson River. The overall project is to reconstruct approximately 450 linear feet (LF) of County Road 44 east of I-25 and replace the existing bridge with concrete box culverts. The project also includes pavement replacement, reinforced subgrade, new guardrail, and earthwork. This project is associated with Federal funds and all aspects need to meet the guildelines as outlined in the RFP.
