IFB2024-03 - 2024 Miscellaneous Concrete Replacement Project

The work to be performed under this Miscellaneous Concrete contract includes: The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract and the project specifications. The work to be performed under this contract will include the removal and replacement of existing concrete pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter, mountable curb, gutter and walk, crosspans (10” thick), driveways, curb ramps (6” thick), inlets top and pan, earthwork, grading, and asphalt pavement. The removal and replacement of existing ADA curb ramps (6” thick). The installation of a chase drain at specific location. The contract shall be awarded based on the unit prices for the work shown in the Bid Schedules A, B & C. and the contract documents. Appendix ‘A’ (Initial list) represents known quantities at the time of the bid. The contractor will maintain unit prices through December 31, 2024. Bid Schedules ‘A, B & C’ work shall commence no later than the date on the Notice to Proceed, and shall be construction complete (including punchlist items, cleanup, and demobilize) within thirty-five (35) working days. Work shall begin September 3, 2024. A schedule of sequencing of all work shall be submitted at or before the project pre-construction meeting, and approved by the Town prior to issuance of Notice to Proceed.
