Town of Castle Rock has not conducted a competitive marketing of their Medical/RX and Stop Loss coverage in approximately 5 years. This RFP is being done for due-diligence purposes, as well as to ensure the Town of Castle Rock is partnering with a medical service administrator (Carrier or TPA) who can offer best-in-class services and programs, and who offers innovative strategies in regards to a quality, high-performing provider networks with ample provider access and minimal potential disruption to current members.

Town of Castle Rock has yet to determine if they will conduct finalist interviews, but there is a possibility they will do so. If finalist interviews are requested, they are expected to take place in the first or second week of July, 2020.
