IFB2024-06 - Bridge Rehabilitation - N. Meadows Drive over Hwy 85 Bridge and Plum Creek Pkwy

The work to be performed under this contract includes rehabilitation of six bridge decks within Castle Rock. Rehabilitation work for N. Meadows Drive over Hwy 85 Bridge (Five Decks) and Plum Creek Parkway over UPRR (One Deck) includes: N. Meadows - sweeping/cleaning of bridge decks including the access ramp bridge decks, expansion joint cleaning, deck waterproofing, saw & seal of expansion joints, installation of detectible warnings and pinned curb. Plum Creek Parkway - repair of thin bonded epoxy overlay, saw & seal of expansion joints. It is required that all work on the N. Meadows Drive over Hwy 85 Bridge and all access Ramps be performed at night.
