Proposal submittals shall be clear, accurate and comprehensive. Submittals shall be limited to about 12 pages, exclusive of section dividers and resumes. 11” x 17” size pages are permitted and each sheet shall count as one page. Minimum font size shall be 12 point. Excessive or irrelevant material will not be favorably received.
Submittals shall be sent via electronic email with an attached pdf file and time stamped. One electronic version (pdf file) of the entire submittal, less fee schedule, shall also be enclosed. The package shall be legibly marked in the upper left-hand corner with the name and address of the Respondent.
