The Town of Castle Rock’s (Town) Public Works Department is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide construction administration assistance and inspection services for the Town’s Ridge Road Widening project and Plum Creek Parkway Widening project. The work to be performed includes oversight, inspection and construction management activities to support the Town’s Ridge Road Widening and Plum Creek Parkway Widening Phase 2 construction projects. The support activities sought with this RFP generally include project management, project oversight, inspection and project engineering duties in support of the Town’s construction projects.
