RFQ 2021-01 - Craig and Gould North Infrastructure Improvements Project

This Request for Pre-qualifications is issued by the Town of Castle Rock, Public Works and
Water Departments, to engage qualified Contractors to provide construction services for the
Craig and Gould North Infrastructure Improvements Project (the “Project”). The Project
includes water distribution pipeline replacement up to 8-inches, water service line replacement
to include new curb stops and relocated meter pits, sanitary sewer service line replacement,
sewer replacement up to 8-inches, manhole replacement, installation of neighborhood-wide
stormwater infrastructure, up 42-inch RCP (including a bored crossing under Front Street and
the railroad), new curb, gutter, sidewalk and handicap ramps, and new asphalt pavement.  Please see the attached for additional information.
