Description

The Town of Castle Rock is looking for a local company (Colorado Springs and/or Denver Metro area) that can provide document scanning services for the Development Services building permit files. This service must include packing, transportation of the files offsite, document preparation, scanning, indexing, and the return of all files.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite prospective vendors to submit a proposal to provide document scanning services to The Town of Castle Rock, Colorado. The RFP provides vendors with the relevant operational, performance, application, and architectural requirements of the service.
