09262018 - Hourglass Avenue and Starry Night Loop Subsurface Edge Drain

The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract and the specifications. The work to be performed under this contract will include the installation of the “ELJEN” subsurface edge drainage system along the back of sidewalk on Hourglass Avenue and Starry Night Loop in the Meadows Filing 16 neighborhood. Additionally, outfall connections to two existing storm inlets, removal & replacement of portions of concrete driveways, removal and restoration of existing landscaping, removal and replacement of irrigation system components, and temporary irrigation. Contractor shall complete all work in Town ROW and only within defined limits as authorized by Right of Entry Agreements with property owners. Contractor is responsible for construction notifications and coordination of driveway closures. Contractor is responsible for any damage to private fences and other features outside the limits of construction. The contract shall be awarded based on the unit prices for the work shown in the Hourglass Avenue and Starry Night Loop Subsurface Edge Drain Bid Schedule. Work shall commence no later than ten (10) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The construction duration will be thirty (30) calendar days to substantial completion.
