Description

Principal items of work include:

Fabrication of a structural steel walkway per the structural walkway plan and sections. Contractor shall allow for inspections during and after fabrication prior to delivery to the project site. Contractor shall field verify all dimensions of existing structures prior to beginning fabrication. Site visits shall be coordinated through Owner contact listed below.
Delivery and installation of the access walkway to the project site in Sedalia CO.
The Town anticipates a Notice of Award on or around August 16, 2019.
The construction duration will be 30 calendar days to final completion with a desired completion date no later than September 30, 2019.

All requests for clarification and/or questions must be received by email (no phone requests) by
2 p.m. on August 2, 2019. All requests for additional information must identify the person/vendor requesting the information. All clarifications will be for the benefit of all potential bidders.
The successful Bidder shall provide the Town with a Certificate of Insurance naming the Town of Castle Rock as an additional insured for all policies required in the General and Special Conditions, a Statement of Liability and Indemnity, and with proof of Workers' Compensation coverage.

The Town of Castle Rock, Colorado will receive sealed Bids for the Plum Creek Diversion Access Walkway Project until 2 p.m., August 9, 2019 at:

Bids must be received prior to the above stated time and date. Any Bids received after this time and date will be returned, unopened.
Clearly mark your Bid Envelope showing the Project Name, the Bid Opening date and YOUR COMPANY NAME. In the Case of No Bid, please return your Bidding Documents indicating No Bid on the form and on the outside of the return envelope.
If any information/material is to accompany the Bid, please attach it to the Bid Forms.
This project consists of fabricating, delivering and installing a galvanized steel walkway as depicted on the attached drawings. The project site is located at 5219 Rio Grande Avenue, Sedalia CO. Work items are to be completed in accordance with the attached drawings and shall be coordinated through Castle Rock Water.
