CIP20-0020 - Plum Creek Parkway Widening Phase 2

General Description - The work to be performed under this contract includes roadway widening of Plum Creek Parkway from Eaton Street to Ridge Road including modifications to the roundabout and approaches at the intersection of Plum Creek Parkway and Ridge Road. The work for this contract generally includes removals of existing pavements; installation of new storm drain pipe, inlets and manholes; grouted rip rap channel installation; grading/earthwork, retaining wall construction, construction zone traffic control, erosion control installation and maintenance, hot mix asphalt placement, striping, and sign installation. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications. The contractor shall complete the work by June 30th, 2023. The Notice to proceed date is estimated to be May 18th, 2022.  If “Construction Completion” is not issued by the Towy by the Completion Date of June 30, 2023, “Liquidated Damages” shall be assessed.
