The Town of Castle Rock is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide opportunities to help the Town reduce natural gas consumption and/or reduce natural gas utility costs. The Town is interested in evaluating options to reduce natural gas consumption and/or utility costs related to natural gas. The Town is seeking vendor proposals to better understand opportunities to reduce natural gas consumption and/or costs in the future. Proposals may include natural gas procurement services, efficiency analysis of current Town facilities/systems (e.g. HVAC systems, insulation, etc.) or other opportunities identified by prospective vendors.

Proposal submission via email is preferred. Proposals shall be submitted in a single Microsoft Word or PDF file under 10MB and e-mailed to MGohl@CRgov.com. If electing to submit a hard copy proposal, we require one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy on a jump drive to be received at the Castle Rock Town Hall, 100 N. Wilcox St., Castle Rock, Colorado, 80104 via ATTN: Matt Gohl. All proposals must be received before 5:00 PM MDT (our clock) on October 18, 2024.
