ITB-122014 - 1st Street Non-Potable Water Main Extension

Summary of Specifications:
Town of Frederick Department of Engineering is requesting sealed bids for the installation of non-potable main extension in 1st Street/Tipple Parkway (County Road 16) from Maple Street east approximately 1500 LF. The construction of this project will commence in late first quarter of 2015, weather depend. The project general consists of: Furnish and install all labor and materials for site preparation activities including: 1) staging and mobilization; 2) sawcut, remove and disposal of asphalt; 3) earthwork including excavation for pipeline, placing, and compaction of materials as necessary to construct the project; 4) installing raw waterline and all waterline valves, fittings, etc.; 5) hauling material off-site and 6) seeding. Specifically, including all labor and materials for construction of the project as shown on the design drawings for a complete and functional project.
