Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Frederick, Colorado is requesting sealed Bids for the 2016 Pavement Maintenance Program. All sealed Bids are to be delivered to Frederick Town Hall (front desk) at 401 Locust Street, Frederick, Colorado 80530 by 2:00 p.m. local time on April 29th, 2016; and clearly labeled “2016 Pavement Maintenance Program” Bids received after that date and time will not be considered. 1) staging and mobilization; 2) traffic control; 3) removal of asphalt mat; 4)crack sealing ; 5) hot bituminous pavement patching; 6) chip sealing; 7) milling and overlaying; 8.) Striping; and 9.) Miscellaneous appurtenances as prescribed in special provisions. Specifically, including all labor and materials for construction of the project as shown on the design drawings; and final grading and seeding of disturbed areas; and miscellaneous items necessary for a complete and functional project. Copies of the Contract Documents, complete with Drawings and Specifications, may be obtained from Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing (https://www.rockymountainbidsystem.com/default.asp) after 12:00 p.m. on April 15th, 2016.
